Ce soir-l\u00e0, la Br\u00e9silienne n\u00e9e le 22 mai 1987 confirme ce que toute la division des poids pailles femmes savait d\u00e9j\u00e0 : ses mains font mal. Avec un palmar\u00e8s de 15 victoires, 6 d\u00e9faites et 1 nul, dont 8 finitions par KO\/TKO, Lemos est une des plus grosses cogneuses jamais pass\u00e9es par cette cat\u00e9gorie.<\/p>\n<h3>Une puissance de frappe document\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>La r\u00e9putation de Lemos n&rsquo;est pas un effet de manche. Elle d\u00e9tient le record du plus grand nombre de knockdowns dans l&rsquo;histoire de la division poids pailles femmes de l&rsquo;UFC. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 de ses victoires viennent d&rsquo;une finition aux poings : quand elle touche, \u00e7a compte. Surnomm\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Amandinha\u00a0\u00bb, elle a b\u00e2ti sa mont\u00e9e au classement sur ce profil de pure frappeuse capable d&rsquo;\u00e9teindre un combat en une s\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<h3>UFC 292 : le combat pour le titre face \u00e0 Zhang Weili<\/h3>\n<p>Le 19 ao\u00fbt 2023 \u00e0 Boston, Lemos d\u00e9croche sa chance au titre poids pailles face \u00e0 la championne Zhang Weili (UFC 292, co-main event). Le sc\u00e9nario ne tourne pas en sa faveur : Zhang la domine sur les cinq rounds, debout comme au sol, et l&#8217;emporte par d\u00e9cision unanime. La Chinoise multiplie les takedowns et contr\u00f4le pr\u00e8s de quinze minutes au sol. Lemos encaisse et reste debout tout du long, mais ne trouve jamais l&rsquo;ouverture pour placer ses bombes. Sa solidit\u00e9 ce soir-l\u00e0 lui vaut le respect, m\u00eame dans la d\u00e9faite.<\/p>\n<h3>Les autres grands rendez-vous<\/h3>\n<p>Avant le titre, Lemos avait crois\u00e9 deux r\u00e9f\u00e9rences de la division. Le 23 avril 2022, elle tombe face \u00e0 l&rsquo;ancienne championne Jessica Andrade, soumise par \u00e9tranglement en triangle de bras debout au premier round. Puis vient la victoire contre Marina Rodriguez (TKO, novembre 2022) qui la relance vers le sommet.<\/p>\n<p>Le 20 juillet 2024, elle subit un nouveau revers face \u00e0 Virna Jandiroba, soumise par cl\u00e9 de bras au deuxi\u00e8me round \u2014 un combat qui rappelle que son point faible reste le grappling de haut niveau.
