Ce sont les deux coups qui d\u00e9cident d&rsquo;un KO dans la grande majorit\u00e9 des finitions<br \/>\n    au corps-\u00e0-corps. La cl\u00e9, ce n&rsquo;est pas le bras \u2014 c&rsquo;est la rotation compl\u00e8te du buste et des hanches.<br \/>\n    Tu pivotes sur l&rsquo;avant du pied avant, tu rentres l&rsquo;\u00e9paule, et le poing suit le mouvement comme un marteau.\n  <\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n    <strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> Garde le coude de l&rsquo;autre main coll\u00e9 au menton pendant tout le hook.<br \/>\n    C&rsquo;est le r\u00e9flexe qui t&rsquo;\u00e9vite le contre direct quand tu rentres dans la ligne de tir adverse.\n  <\/div>\n<h3>Lead hook vs rear hook<\/h3>\n<div class=\"technique-card\">\n<h4>Lead hook (main avant)<\/h4>\n<p>\n      Plus court, plus rapide, id\u00e9al en contre ou en ouverture de combinaison. Il surprend parce qu&rsquo;il vient de l&rsquo;angle<br \/>\n      mort de l&rsquo;adversaire. Tu pivotes sur le pied avant, tu restes compact. C&rsquo;est le coup qu&rsquo;utilise Jon Jones<br \/>\n      en continu \u2014 notamment ses hooks au corps qui ont us\u00e9 des champions comme Daniel Cormier round apr\u00e8s round.\n    <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"technique-card\">\n<h4>Rear hook (main arri\u00e8re)<\/h4>\n<p>\n      Plus puissant, plus lent \u00e0 arriver. Il s&rsquo;encha\u00eene naturellement apr\u00e8s un jab-cross (1-2)<br \/>\n      quand l&rsquo;adversaire recule ou se couvre haut. La rotation des hanches arri\u00e8re est maximale :<br \/>\n      pied arri\u00e8re qui pivote, hanche qui tourne, \u00e9paule qui rentre \u2014 dans cet ordre exact.\n    <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h3>Le hook au corps<\/h3>\n<p>\n    Souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9 par les d\u00e9butants, le hook au corps est une arme lente \u00e0 payer mais d\u00e9vastatrice sur la dur\u00e9e.<br \/>\n    Tu fl\u00e9chis l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les genoux pour descendre au niveau du foie, tu rentres le coup sous la garde. L&rsquo;effet s&rsquo;accumule : apr\u00e8s deux ou trois touches propres, le gaz tank adverse s&rsquo;effondre.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;uppercut : frapper de bas en haut<\/h2>\n<h3>Pourquoi c&rsquo;est diff\u00e9rent<\/h3>\n<p>\n    L&rsquo;uppercut monte \u00e0 la verticale \u2014 menton, plexus ou corps selon la cible. La garde de l&rsquo;adversaire<br \/>\n    est faite pour bloquer les coups horizontaux et frontaux. L&rsquo;uppercut passe en dessous ou entre les bras,<br \/>\n    l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la d\u00e9fense est naturellement plus ouverte.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>Short uppercut (corps-\u00e0-corps)<\/h3>\n<p>\n    En clinch ou juste apr\u00e8s une entr\u00e9e, tu n&rsquo;as pas besoin d&rsquo;amplitude. Tu g\u00e9n\u00e8res la puissance<br \/>\n    par une l\u00e9g\u00e8re flexion des genoux suivie d&rsquo;une extension explosive des jambes \u2014 le bras n&rsquo;a que 20 \u00e0 30 cm \u00e0 parcourir.<br \/>\n    Stipe Miocic utilisait cette version \u00e0 la perfection contre les gros gabarits.\n  <\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n    <strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> Ne recule pas le poing pour \u00ab\u00a0charger\u00a0\u00bb l&rsquo;uppercut. Ce telegraphing donne<br \/>\n    la cible sur un plateau.
