C&rsquo;est le teep \u2014 ou push kick, ou encore front kick. Issu du Muay Tha\u00ef, il est devenu l&rsquo;un des outils les plus pr\u00e9cieux dans la cage.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    Son r\u00f4le n&rsquo;est pas de knocker. C&rsquo;est une arme de contr\u00f4le : tu choisis ta distance, tu dictes le rythme, et tu forces l&rsquo;adversaire \u00e0 avancer selon tes conditions. Int\u00e9gr\u00e9 intelligemment dans ton <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/techniques-striking-mma-guide-complet\/\">arsenal striking<\/a>, le teep change compl\u00e8tement ta lecture du combat.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9canique du teep : ce qui se passe vraiment<\/h2>\n<p>\n    Le teep n&rsquo;est pas un front kick de karat\u00e9. La diff\u00e9rence est dans la hanche. Au lieu de lancer la jambe vers l&rsquo;avant comme un pendule, tu pousses ta hanche vers l&rsquo;avant en m\u00eame temps que ton pied part. C&rsquo;est un mouvement de propulsion, pas de percussion.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    La frappe se fait avec la <strong>plante du pied<\/strong> \u2014 le talon ou la vo\u00fbte plantaire, selon la cible. Tu ne frappes pas avec les orteils.\n  <\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n    <strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> La puissance du teep vient 80 % de la pouss\u00e9e de hanche et de la jambe d&rsquo;appui. Si ton pied d&rsquo;appui ne pivote pas, tu perds toute la force du mouvement et tu te retrouves d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9.\n  <\/div>\n<p>\n    Ram\u00e8ne ta jambe rapidement apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;impact. Un teep qui tra\u00eene, c&rsquo;est une invitation \u00e0 la saisie \u2014 et en MMA, une saisie peut finir au sol.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>\u00c0 quoi sert le teep en MMA ?<\/h2>\n<h3>G\u00e9rer la distance<\/h3>\n<p>\n    C&rsquo;est son r\u00f4le num\u00e9ro un. Quand ton adversaire rentre avec une combinaison ou une prise de niveau, le teep cr\u00e9e une s\u00e9paration imm\u00e9diate. C&rsquo;est ton teep de sniper : tu l&rsquo;utilises pour interrompre une attaque, tester la r\u00e9action adverse, ou cr\u00e9er une s\u00e9paration rapide.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"technique-card\">\n<h4>Rear teep (jambe arri\u00e8re)<\/h4>\n<p>Plus lent \u00e0 d\u00e9clencher, mais nettement plus puissant. La hanche arri\u00e8re parcourt plus de distance \u2014 la pouss\u00e9e est donc plus forte.
