L&rsquo;id\u00e9e n&rsquo;est pas de r\u00e9ussir chaque niveau du premier coup \u2014 c&rsquo;est de ne jamais laisser ton adversaire souffler apr\u00e8s t&rsquo;avoir stopp\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le chain wrestling ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le chain wrestling, c&rsquo;est la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 encha\u00eener plusieurs tentatives de takedown sans interruption, en lisant les r\u00e9actions adverses et en r\u00e9orientant ton attaque en cons\u00e9quence. Chaque d\u00e9fense de l&rsquo;adversaire cr\u00e9e une ouverture. Le chain wrestler ne voit pas un refus \u2014 il voit une transition.<\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n    <strong>Principe de base :<\/strong> le premier takedown rat\u00e9 n&rsquo;est jamais la fin de la s\u00e9quence \u2014 c&rsquo;est le d\u00e9but. Tu convertis l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de chaque d\u00e9fense adverse en point d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e pour le niveau suivant.\n  <\/div>\n<h2>La cha\u00eene classique : quatre niveaux qui se r\u00e9pondent<\/h2>\n<div class=\"technique-card\">\n<h4>1. Double leg \u2192 Single leg<\/h4>\n<p>Tu pars sur un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/double-leg-takedown\/\">double leg<\/a>. L&rsquo;adversaire sprawle et tente de d\u00e9gager une jambe. Plut\u00f4t que de forcer les deux jambes, tu l\u00e2ches la jambe interne et tu t&rsquo;accroches \u00e0 la jambe externe \u2014 tu passes instantan\u00e9ment en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/single-leg-takedown\/\">single leg<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"technique-card\">\n<h4>2. Single leg \u2192 High crotch<\/h4>\n<p>L&rsquo;adversaire r\u00e9pond au single leg en poussant ta t\u00eate vers le bas. Tu passes alors ta main int\u00e9rieure vers le haut entre ses cuisses \u2014 c&rsquo;est le high crotch. Ta t\u00eate est maintenant du bon c\u00f4t\u00e9, ton angle d&rsquo;attaque change.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"technique-card\">\n<h4>3. High crotch \u2192 Trip<\/h4>\n<p>Si l&rsquo;adversaire bloque le high crotch en \u00e9cartant les jambes, tu utilises cette base large contre lui. Tu plaques ton \u00e9paule contre sa hanche, tu glisses ta jambe int\u00e9rieure derri\u00e8re son talon, et tu ex\u00e9cutes un trip.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"technique-card\">\n<h4>4. Trip \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u2192 Back take<\/h4>\n<p>Si l&rsquo;adversaire pivote pour \u00e9viter la chute, son dos se retrouve expos\u00e9 une fraction de seconde.
