Tu es sur le dos, jambes verrouill\u00e9es autour du buste adverse \u2014 et pourtant c&rsquo;est toi qui m\u00e8nes la danse. Cet article te montre comment casser la posture (la base de tout), contr\u00f4ler ton adversaire, et encha\u00eener sur les attaques classiques. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des grandes familles d\u00e9taill\u00e9es dans notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/garde-jjb-guide-complet-guards\/\">guide complet de la garde en JJB<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>C&rsquo;est quoi la closed guard ?<\/h2>\n<p>Tu es allong\u00e9 sur le dos, tes deux jambes enroul\u00e9es autour de la taille de ton adversaire, chevilles crois\u00e9es et serr\u00e9es derri\u00e8re son dos. Tes mains contr\u00f4lent son col, ses manches ou sa nuque pour le garder proche. Tant que ce verrou tient, il ne peut pas avancer pour te passer. C&rsquo;est la garde la plus s\u00fbre pour un d\u00e9butant : peu de risque de se faire passer tant que les jambes restent ferm\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2>Casser la posture : 90 % du boulot<\/h2>\n<p>Le d\u00e9tail qui fait toute la diff\u00e9rence : la posture adverse. Tant que ton adversaire reste droit, bras tendus, il est en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et c&rsquo;est lui qui pr\u00e9pare son passage. Ton job, c&rsquo;est de le casser vers l&rsquo;avant pour le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer et ouvrir tes attaques. Casser la posture repr\u00e9sente au moins 90 % de ton jeu offensif depuis le bas.<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement : engage tes jambes pour le tirer vers toi, l\u00e8ve les hanches, et utilise tes grips. Le combo classique en gi : tire son col vers le bas d&rsquo;une main pendant que tu contr\u00f4les sa manche de l&rsquo;autre \u2014 \u00e7a plie sa colonne vers l&rsquo;avant. Une fois cass\u00e9, sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la puissance s&rsquo;effondre.<\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> tant que ton adversaire a une posture droite et des bras tendus, ne tente rien \u2014 tu vas te griller. Casse d&rsquo;abord, attaque ensuite. Les trois piliers \u00e0 apprendre en premier :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;armbar (juji gatame)<\/strong> : tu isoles un bras, tu pivotes ton angle et tu attaques le coude. C&rsquo;est la cl\u00e9 de bras universelle du JJB.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le triangle choke<\/strong> : quand un de ses bras est dedans et l&rsquo;autre dehors, tu enfermes son cou et son bras avec tes jambes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les balayages<\/strong> : le hip bump et le flower sweep te font passer du dessous au dessus en renversant ton adversaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;armbar et le triangle sont tellement li\u00e9s \u00e0 cette position qu&rsquo;on leur consacre des articles d\u00e9di\u00e9s. Et c\u00f4t\u00e9 renversement, la closed guard est le point de d\u00e9part de plusieurs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/sweeps-jjb-renverser-garde\/\">balayages fondamentaux<\/a> qu&rsquo;on d\u00e9taille \u00e0 part.<\/p>\n<h2>Gi vs no-gi : la closed guard change-t-elle ?<\/h2>\n<p>La structure reste la m\u00eame, mais ton jeu de contr\u00f4le \u00e9volue. En gi, tu exploites les grips au tissu (col, manche) pour casser la posture avec pr\u00e9cision et verrouiller les soumissions. En no-gi, sans tissu \u00e0 saisir, tu passes par le contr\u00f4le de la nuque, les <strong>overhooks<\/strong> (ton bras pass\u00e9 par-dessus le sien) et la pression de tes jambes. La closed guard reste efficace dans les deux contextes \u2014 c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des rares gardes totalement transversales.<\/p>\n<p>Pour t&rsquo;entra\u00eener en gi sans que ta toile l\u00e2che aux premi\u00e8res tractions, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/219-kimono-jjb.html\">kimono JJB<\/a> solide fait la diff\u00e9rence sur la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Les erreurs \u00e0 \u00e9viter<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rester passif<\/strong> : une closed guard ferm\u00e9e mais inactive, c&rsquo;est une invitation au passage. Bouge, casse, menace.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Croiser les chevilles et oublier les hanches<\/strong> : le verrou de cheville ne suffit pas. Ce sont tes hanches qui cassent la posture.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tendre les bras<\/strong> : si tu pousses ton adversaire au loin, tu lui donnes l&rsquo;espace pour passer. Garde-le coll\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La closed guard est la fondation.
