Longtemps vue comme une \u00e9tape vers le passage subi, elle est devenue un vrai syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;attaque. La diff\u00e9rence entre la subir et la jouer tient \u00e0 quelques d\u00e9tails : l&rsquo;underhook, le cadre du genou, et un travail de jambes actif. Cet article fait partie de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/garde-jjb-guide-complet-guards\/\">guide complet de la garde en JJB<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>C&rsquo;est quoi la half guard ?<\/h2>\n<p>Tu contr\u00f4les une seule jambe de ton adversaire, coinc\u00e9e entre tes deux jambes. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;entre-deux : ni garde ferm\u00e9e compl\u00e8te, ni position pass\u00e9e. Tout l&rsquo;enjeu, c&rsquo;est de ne pas rester \u00e0 plat sur le dos \u2014 sinon ton adversaire t&rsquo;aplatit et passe. Tu dois rester sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9, cr\u00e9er des cadres, et te battre pour la position de tes bras.<\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;underhook : la cl\u00e9 de la position<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;<strong>underhook<\/strong> \u2014 ton bras pass\u00e9 sous l&rsquo;aisselle adverse pour contr\u00f4ler son \u00e9paule oppos\u00e9e \u2014 est le d\u00e9tail le plus important pour \u00eatre bon en half guard, en attaque comme en d\u00e9fense. Une fois que tu le tiens depuis le dessous, tu gagnes le grip offensif le plus puissant de la position : tu peux te redresser, venir sur tes genoux, prendre le dos, ou balayer.<\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> en half guard, la bataille se gagne au niveau des \u00e9paules, pas des jambes. Celui qui a l&rsquo;underhook contr\u00f4le l&rsquo;\u00e9change. Si tu te retrouves \u00e0 plat avec ton adversaire qui a l&rsquo;underhook, ta priorit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas de balayer \u2014 c&rsquo;est de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer ce bras.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Le knee shield et le lockdown<\/h2>\n<p>Deux variantes \u00e0 conna\u00eetre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le knee shield<\/strong> : tu places ton genou du dessus comme une barri\u00e8re contre la poitrine adverse. C&rsquo;est la fa\u00e7on la plus simple d&#8217;emp\u00eacher qu&rsquo;on t&rsquo;aplatisse \u2014 il maintient la distance et te donne le temps de chercher l&rsquo;underhook. De l\u00e0, tu ouvres des balayages comme le hip bump.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le lockdown<\/strong> : tu verrouilles tes pieds autour de la jambe coinc\u00e9e pour un contr\u00f4le maximal. C&rsquo;est une option tr\u00e8s solide en <strong>no-gi<\/strong>, popularis\u00e9e par le syst\u00e8me 10th Planet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Les balayages de la half guard<\/h2>\n<p>Depuis l&rsquo;underhook, le grand classique est le <strong>old school sweep<\/strong> : tu attrapes la jambe adverse par l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et tu le fais rouler par-dessus ton \u00e9paule. En no-gi, tu t&rsquo;appuies sur les underhooks, overhooks et le contr\u00f4le de t\u00eate. Le lockdown prend tout son sens en no-gi, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;absence de tissu rend le contr\u00f4le de jambe encore plus pr\u00e9cieux.
