Mais entre un roundhouse qui claque et un roundhouse mou, tout se joue sur quelques d\u00e9tails de hanche et de pivot. Cet article d\u00e9cortique la technique du middle kick au high kick. L&rsquo;os est plus dur, plus r\u00e9sistant, et concentre la force. Tu transformes ta jambe en batte. Au moment de l&rsquo;impact, c&rsquo;est la partie basse du tibia qui touche \u2014 pas le pied, pas le genou.<\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> ne kicke pas \u00ab\u00a0avec la jambe\u00a0\u00bb, kicke avec la hanche. La jambe reste rel\u00e2ch\u00e9e, presque poids mort \u2014 c&rsquo;est la rotation de hanche qui la fouette \u00e0 travers la cible. Si tu forces avec le quadriceps, ton kick est lent et faible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>La technique \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape<\/h2>\n<p>Pour un roundhouse de la jambe arri\u00e8re droite :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pivote<\/strong> sur ton pied d&rsquo;appui gauche, en le tournant vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;environ 45\u00b0. C&rsquo;est ce pivot qui ouvre tes hanches et lib\u00e8re la puissance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lance ta hanche<\/strong> dans la direction du kick. Au moment de l&rsquo;impact, ton nombril doit faire face \u00e0 la cible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frappe \u00e0 travers<\/strong>, pas \u00ab\u00a0sur\u00a0\u00bb la cible. Imagine traverser l&rsquo;adversaire.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reviens vite<\/strong> : ram\u00e8ne ta jambe par le m\u00eame chemin et encha\u00eene ou pr\u00e9pare ta d\u00e9fense, car un kick qui tra\u00eene t&rsquo;expose au contre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La cha\u00eene cin\u00e9tique part du sol : pied d&rsquo;appui qui pousse, hanche qui tourne, tronc qui transmet, tibia qui arrive en bout de course.
