Si tu d\u00e9butes, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;un des premiers coups \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser. Tu peux le placer du genou jusqu&rsquo;au visage \u2014 partout sauf sous la ceinture. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;arme qui emp\u00eache un bagarreur de te marcher dessus.<\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> le teep n&rsquo;est pas qu&rsquo;une pouss\u00e9e. Bien plac\u00e9 dans le plexus au bon timing, il coupe le souffle et stoppe net une avanc\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est ton bouton \u00ab\u00a0pause\u00a0\u00bb sur l&rsquo;adversaire.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>La technique du push kick<\/h2>\n<p>Pour le teep de la jambe avant (le plus rapide et le plus courant) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pars d&rsquo;une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/debuter-muay-thai-stance-garde\/\">stance Muay Tha\u00ef<\/a> solide, poids r\u00e9parti.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e8ve le genou vers la poitrine, puis d\u00e9tends la jambe vers la cible, plante du pied point\u00e9e vers l&rsquo;adversaire.<\/li>\n<li>La puissance vient de l&rsquo;<strong>extension de hanche<\/strong> : pousse tes hanches vers l&rsquo;avant et pivote l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ton pied d&rsquo;appui.
