Beaucoup de combats de Muay Tha\u00ef se gagnent l\u00e0, \u00e0 la jambe. Son int\u00e9r\u00eat, c&rsquo;est le cumul : r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 round apr\u00e8s round, il \u00e9rode la mobilit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre de l&rsquo;adversaire. Au bout de quelques minutes, ses appuis l\u00e2chent, ses kicks perdent en puissance, et sa garde se d\u00e9grade parce qu&rsquo;il pense \u00e0 ses jambes. C&rsquo;est une attaque patiente qui paie sur la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> le low kick n&rsquo;a pas besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre spectaculaire. Il a besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 et bien plac\u00e9. Trois low kicks propres valent mieux qu&rsquo;un seul kick all-in qui te d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>L&rsquo;angle, le d\u00e9tail qui change tout<\/h2>\n<p>Pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer le maximum de couple, tu dois cr\u00e9er un angle : <strong>fais un pas en diagonale vers l&rsquo;avant et l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur<\/strong> avec ton pied d&rsquo;appui, plante-le dans le tatami, puis fouette ta hanche. Apr\u00e8s un crochet, par exemple, tu sors ta jambe avant vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur pour ouvrir l&rsquo;angle, puis tu hache la jambe avant de l&rsquo;adversaire. Un low kick lanc\u00e9 de face, sans angle, manque de puissance et se fait checker facilement.<\/p>\n<h2>Cibles : cuisse ou mollet ?<\/h2>\n<p>Deux cibles principales :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La cuisse<\/strong> (face externe ou interne) : la cible classique.
