Tu peux avoir la meilleure technique du dojo, si tu n&rsquo;as pas cass\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre de ton adversaire avant, \u00e7a ne partira pas \u2014 ou \u00e7a partira contre toi. Le kuzushi, c&rsquo;est le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre, et c&rsquo;est le c\u0153ur de toute projection. Cet article d\u00e9cortique le principe et les 8 directions du happo no kuzushi. Il fait partie de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/fondamentaux-judo-kuzushi-tsukuri-kake\/\">guide des fondamentaux du Judo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>C&rsquo;est quoi le kuzushi ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le mot kuzushi signifie \u00ab casser \u00bb. Concr\u00e8tement, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;action de briser la posture et l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre de ton adversaire en tirant ou en poussant sur ses appuis via tes grips. Tout le Judo repose sur ce principe : un adversaire en \u00e9quilibre est solide comme un roc ; un adversaire d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9, ne serait-ce qu&rsquo;une fraction de seconde, est projetable avec un effort minimal.<\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> le kuzushi n&rsquo;est pas qu&rsquo;une affaire de corps. C&rsquo;est aussi mental : tu peux casser l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre par une feinte, un changement de rythme, une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration soudaine. D\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer la t\u00eate de l&rsquo;adversaire (sa lecture du combat), c&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 du kuzushi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Les 8 directions : le happo no kuzushi<\/h2>\n<p>Le principe Kodokan du <strong>happo no kuzushi<\/strong> identifie huit directions dans lesquelles on peut d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer un corps humain :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vers l&rsquo;avant<\/li>\n<li>Vers le coin avant-droit<\/li>\n<li>Vers la droite<\/li>\n<li>Vers le coin arri\u00e8re-droit<\/li>\n<li>Vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>Vers le coin arri\u00e8re-gauche<\/li>\n<li>Vers la gauche<\/li>\n<li>Vers le coin avant-gauche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chaque projection a sa direction de pr\u00e9dilection. Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/o-soto-gari-judo\/\">o soto gari<\/a> (grand fauchage ext\u00e9rieur) exploite un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre vers le coin arri\u00e8re. Un seoi nage casse vers l&rsquo;avant. Tu utilises ton <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/kumi-kata-grip-judo\/\">kumi-kata<\/a> (le contr\u00f4le des saisies) pour orienter le corps adverse dans une des 8 directions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les combinaisons<\/strong> : amorcer une premi\u00e8re attaque pour provoquer une r\u00e9action, qui cr\u00e9e le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre exploit\u00e9 par la deuxi\u00e8me. Tu menaces en avant, l&rsquo;adversaire r\u00e9siste en arri\u00e8re, tu pars en arri\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le rythme et le timing<\/strong> : casser le tempo, une feinte, une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration soudaine au moment o\u00f9 l&rsquo;adversaire est entre deux appuis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une nuance importante : chez le d\u00e9butant, le kuzushi vient toujours en premier, avant le placement. Mais au haut niveau, c&rsquo;est souvent l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e (le tsukuri) qui cr\u00e9e le kuzushi \u2014 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e est si rapide et bien plac\u00e9e qu&rsquo;elle d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre d&rsquo;elle-m\u00eame. Les deux logiques se rejoignent avec l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<h2>S&rsquo;entra\u00eener au kuzushi<\/h2>\n<p>Le kuzushi se travaille en <strong>uchi-komi<\/strong> (la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition des entr\u00e9es) : \u00e0 chaque r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, concentre-toi sur la qualit\u00e9 du d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre avant m\u00eame de penser \u00e0 la projection.
