Au Judo, deux exercices construisent cette automatisation : l&rsquo;uchi-komi et le nage-komi. Ce sont les fondations invisibles de tout judoka, du d\u00e9butant au champion olympique. Cet article t&rsquo;explique comment les pratiquer. Il fait partie de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/fondamentaux-judo-kuzushi-tsukuri-kake\/\">guide des fondamentaux du Judo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;uchi-komi : la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>Le terme \u00ab uchi-komi \u00bb est emprunt\u00e9 au Kendo. Au Judo, il d\u00e9signe la <strong>r\u00e9p\u00e9tition du mouvement d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e d&rsquo;une projection jusqu&rsquo;au point o\u00f9 la projection d\u00e9marrerait \u2014 sans projeter<\/strong>. Tu vas jusqu&rsquo;au kuzushi (le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre) et au tsukuri (le placement), puis tu reviens \u00e0 la position de d\u00e9part et tu recommences.<\/p>\n<p>Le but : d\u00e9velopper la m\u00e9moire musculaire, le timing et la pr\u00e9cision, sans avoir \u00e0 projeter \u00e0 chaque fois \u2014 ce qui serait \u00e9puisant pour ton partenaire et te limiterait \u00e0 quelques r\u00e9p\u00e9titions. Avec l&rsquo;uchi-komi, tu peux encha\u00eener des dizaines d&rsquo;entr\u00e9es et polir ta forme.<\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> mille uchi-komi b\u00e2cl\u00e9s ne valent pas cent uchi-komi parfaits. \u00c0 chaque r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, soigne la qualit\u00e9 du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/kuzushi-judo\/\">kuzushi<\/a> et la pr\u00e9cision de ton entr\u00e9e. La r\u00e9p\u00e9tition automatise ce que tu lui donnes \u2014 y compris tes erreurs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Les fa\u00e7ons de pratiquer l&rsquo;uchi-komi<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;uchi-komi se pratique de plusieurs mani\u00e8res :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Seul<\/strong> : sur un mur, avec des \u00e9lastiques de r\u00e9sistance, ou en travail de d\u00e9placement \u00e0 vide. Id\u00e9al pour driller chez toi le footwork et le timing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c0 deux<\/strong> : la forme classique, avec un partenaire (uke) qui te sert de support.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c0 trois<\/strong> : un troisi\u00e8me pousse ou r\u00e9siste pour ajouter de la charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tu peux varier l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 : du mouvement tr\u00e8s lent pour driller les d\u00e9tails d&rsquo;une forme, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition rapide pour le conditionnement physique.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-embed\">\n<p><iframe title=\"Tips for Uchikomi (drilling in Judo)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9HujXWUYRxY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p class=\"video-caption\">Vid\u00e9o : conseils pour bien r\u00e9aliser ses uchi-komi (drilling en Judo).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Le nage-komi : la projection compl\u00e8te<\/h2>\n<p>Le nage-komi, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante : la <strong>r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de la projection compl\u00e8te<\/strong>, jusqu&rsquo;au kake (l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution finale). L\u00e0, tu projettes vraiment ton partenaire. C&rsquo;est plus exigeant, surtout pour celui qui chute \u2014 d&rsquo;o\u00f9 l&rsquo;importance de bons <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/ukemi-chutes-judo\/\">ukemi (chutes)<\/a> pour pouvoir encaisser des dizaines de projections sans se blesser.<\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup de coachs combinent les deux : ils terminent une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;uchi-komi par un nage-komi final, pour \u00ab lib\u00e9rer \u00bb le mouvement et finir la projection apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est une transition naturelle entre l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e drill\u00e9e et le geste complet.<\/p>\n<h2>De l&rsquo;uchi-komi au randori<\/h2>\n<p>Ces drills ne sont pas une fin en soi : ils te pr\u00e9parent au <strong>randori<\/strong> (le combat libre), o\u00f9 tu testes tes techniques contre une vraie r\u00e9sistance. Le chemin est toujours le m\u00eame : uchi-komi pour graver le geste \u2192 nage-komi pour le finir \u2192 randori pour le valider sous pression. C&rsquo;est comme \u00e7a qu&rsquo;une technique passe de \u00ab je la connais \u00bb \u00e0 \u00ab elle part toute seule \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pour des r\u00e9p\u00e9titions intensives sans ab\u00eemer ton mat\u00e9riel, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/230-kimono-judo.html\">kimono Judo<\/a> r\u00e9sistant encaisse les tractions r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es de l&rsquo;uchi-komi.
