On l&rsquo;appelle le coup de puissance : il a la port\u00e9e la plus longue et d\u00e9livre le plus de force. Une \u00e9tude biom\u00e9canique sur des boxeurs d&rsquo;\u00e9lite montre que le cross a la masse effective la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e des coups de poing \u2014 c&rsquo;est, m\u00e9caniquement, ta frappe la plus lourde.<\/p>\n<h2>D&rsquo;o\u00f9 vient la puissance<\/h2>\n<p>La cl\u00e9 : le transfert. Tu pousses sur ta jambe arri\u00e8re, tu fais tourner ta hanche, ta colonne et ton \u00e9paule, et tu transf\u00e8res ton poids de l&rsquo;appui arri\u00e8re vers l&rsquo;avant. Le poing n&rsquo;est que le bout de cette cha\u00eene.
