Le lead uppercut (avant) est le n\u00b05, le rear uppercut (arri\u00e8re) le n\u00b06. Son int\u00e9r\u00eat : il attaque le menton par en dessous, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la garde classique (mains hautes) ne prot\u00e8ge pas. Il \u00ab rel\u00e8ve \u00bb la t\u00eate de l&rsquo;adversaire et peut l&rsquo;envoyer au tapis.<\/p>\n<h2>La technique de l&rsquo;uppercut<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fl\u00e9chis l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les genoux<\/strong> pour charger le coup \u2014 tu armes avec les jambes, pas avec le bras.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pousse vers le haut depuis les jambes<\/strong> et fais tourner ta hanche dans la direction du coup.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Garde le coude pr\u00e8s des c\u00f4tes<\/strong>, le bras reste l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fl\u00e9chi, le poing remonte vers le menton.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mouvement court et contr\u00f4l\u00e9<\/strong> : l&rsquo;uppercut ne s&rsquo;arme pas en grand, sinon il se voit venir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> la puissance vient des jambes et des hanches, comme pour le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/cross-direct-boxe\/\">cross<\/a> et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/hook-crochet-boxe\/\">hook<\/a>.
