Le col devient une corde, et tu n&rsquo;as plus besoin d&rsquo;enrouler ton bras autour du cou : tu tires le tissu. Les chokes au col font partie de l&rsquo;ADN du JJB en gi, et certains affichent des taux de r\u00e9ussite impressionnants en comp\u00e9tition. Tu saisis le revers (col) oppos\u00e9 de l&rsquo;adversaire avec chaque main \u2014 main droite sur le col gauche, main gauche sur le col droit \u2014 poignets crois\u00e9s formant un \u00ab X \u00bb. Les pouces \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du col (ou les quatre doigts, selon la variante). Pour finir, tu tires les deux mains vers ta poitrine en \u00e9cartant les coudes : le X se resserre sur les deux carotides \u00e0 la fois.<\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> les grips doivent \u00eatre <strong>profonds<\/strong>, le plus haut possible vers la nuque. Un grip superficiel sur le devant du col \u00e9crase la trach\u00e9e (douloureux, inefficace) ; un grip profond derri\u00e8re le cou attaque les carotides (propre et rapide). Casse d&rsquo;abord la posture pour pouvoir glisser tes mains profond.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Le bow and arrow : le plus puissant<\/h2>\n<p>Le bow and arrow (\u00ab arc et fl\u00e8che \u00bb) est probablement l&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement le plus \u00e9crasant du gi \u2014 90 % de r\u00e9ussite aux Mondiaux IBJJF 2019 (17 finitions sur 19 tentatives). Connu en Judo sous le nom d&rsquo;okuri-eri-jime (\u00e9tranglement par glissement du col), il se fait depuis le dos de l&rsquo;adversaire :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u00e9curise le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/back-control-jjb\/\">back control<\/a> avec un contr\u00f4le seatbelt.<\/li>\n<li>Ouvre le col de l&rsquo;adversaire et prends un grip profond avec ta main d&rsquo;\u00e9tranglement.<\/li>\n<li>Bascule perpendiculaire \u00e0 lui (tourne ton corps \u00e0 environ 90\u00b0), passe une jambe par-dessus son corps, attrape son pantalon ou sa jambe de l&rsquo;autre main.<\/li>\n<li>Tu tires le col d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et la jambe de l&rsquo;autre \u2014 exactement comme un archer qui bande son arc. Il se place depuis presque toutes les positions et excelle quand l&rsquo;adversaire baisse la t\u00eate pour passer \u2014 un pi\u00e8ge redoutable contre les passeurs trop press\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>Le kimono compte<\/h2>\n<p>Ces chokes d\u00e9pendent enti\u00e8rement du tissu : un col qui se d\u00e9forme, s&rsquo;\u00e9tire ou s&rsquo;effiloche te fait perdre ton grip au pire moment. Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/219-kimono-jjb.html\">kimono JJB<\/a> \u00e0 la toile dense et au col rigide (souvent renforc\u00e9) tient la saisie et transmet toute ta traction. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;un des rares cas o\u00f9 le mat\u00e9riel change directement l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une technique.<\/p>\n<h2>Les erreurs \u00e0 \u00e9viter<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Grip trop superficiel<\/strong> : tu \u00e9trangles la trach\u00e9e au lieu des carotides. Va profond vers la nuque.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Attaquer sans casser la posture<\/strong> : impossible de glisser un grip profond sur un adversaire bien droit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tirer avec les bras seuls<\/strong> : sur le bow and arrow, c&rsquo;est la traction col + jambe combin\u00e9e (tout le corps) qui finit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces chokes au col sont l&rsquo;apanage du gi \u2014 en no-gi, on revient aux chokes au bras comme le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/darce-anaconda-arm-triangle\/\">d&rsquo;arce et l&rsquo;anaconda<\/a>, ou au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/rear-naked-choke-jjb\/\">RNC<\/a>.
