L\u00e0, le jeu change : on ne boxe plus, on contr\u00f4le. L&rsquo;objectif est de dominer la position pour placer des genoux, des coudes ou des balayages, tout en emp\u00eachant l&rsquo;adversaire d&rsquo;en faire autant. La cl\u00e9 de tout : <strong>le contr\u00f4le de la nuque<\/strong>. Qui contr\u00f4le la t\u00eate contr\u00f4le le clinch.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"plum\">Le plum (double collar tie)<\/h2>\n<p>La position dominante du clinch tha\u00ef s&rsquo;appelle le <strong>plum<\/strong> (ou double collar tie) : tes deux mains se verrouillent derri\u00e8re la t\u00eate de l&rsquo;adversaire, paume sur le dos de l&rsquo;autre main, et tes avant-bras encadrent les c\u00f4t\u00e9s de sa t\u00eate. Coudes serr\u00e9s contre ses clavicules.<\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> accroche tes mains pile \u00e0 la jonction t\u00eate-nuque (la base du cr\u00e2ne), coudes serr\u00e9s, et garde ta propre t\u00eate sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la sienne \u2014 hors de port\u00e9e de ses frappes. Ton but : casser sa posture jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 coller son menton sur sa poitrine. L\u00e0, il ne peut plus genouter, ni te cadrer, ni s&rsquo;\u00e9chapper.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Le plum n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;un grip parmi six (double inside, double outside, 50\/50, overhook, underhook, body lock), mais c&rsquo;est le plus dominant pour encha\u00eener les genoux. Un adversaire d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9 ne peut pas contre-genouter ni cadrer efficacement \u2014 c&rsquo;est tout l&rsquo;enjeu du clinch.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"genoux\">Les genoux : l&rsquo;arme du clinch<\/h2>\n<p>Les genoux sont le c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;offensive en clinch. Les principaux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le straight knee (khao trong)<\/strong> : le plus simple et le premier qu&rsquo;on apprend. Pouss\u00e9e verticale des hanches vers le haut et l&rsquo;avant, vise le plexus et le corps.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le curve\/round knee (khao khong)<\/strong> : trajectoire circulaire, vise les c\u00f4tes, les obliques et les cuisses. Redoutable quand on \u00e9change dans le plum.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le flying knee (khao loi)<\/strong> : spectaculaire et dangereux, on saute pour frapper la t\u00eate. En utilisant le mouvement de hanche, des rotations et des crochets de jambe, tu casses la base de l&rsquo;adversaire et tu l&rsquo;envoies au sol. Un sweep propre marque des points (il montre le contr\u00f4le) et d\u00e9samorce l&rsquo;attaque adverse \u2014 un outil pr\u00e9cieux dans le scoring tha\u00ef.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mt-vs-kb\">Clinch en Muay Tha\u00ef vs kick-boxing<\/h2>\n<p>Diff\u00e9rence majeure : en Muay Tha\u00ef, le clinch est une phase de combat \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, prolong\u00e9e et hautement scor\u00e9e. En <strong>kick-boxing (r\u00e8gles K-1 \/ Glory)<\/strong>, le clinch est tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9 \u2014 l&rsquo;arbitre s\u00e9pare presque imm\u00e9diatement, et les genoux au corps \u00e0 corps prolong\u00e9 ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s comme en MT.
