Beaucoup de d\u00e9butants entrent en clinch en force et se fatiguent ; les bons contr\u00f4lent la position et \u00e9conomisent leur \u00e9nergie. Cet article d\u00e9cortique comment dominer le corps \u00e0 corps. Il fait partie de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/clinch-genoux-muay-thai\/\">guide du clinch et des genoux en Muay Tha\u00ef<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Le contr\u00f4le de nuque, la cl\u00e9 de tout<\/h2>\n<p>La r\u00e8gle d&rsquo;or du clinch tha\u00ef : qui contr\u00f4le la nuque de l&rsquo;adversaire contr\u00f4le l&rsquo;\u00e9change. Une fois que tes deux mains sont sur sa t\u00eate, tu peux le genouter \u00e0 volont\u00e9, le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer et le diriger. \u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, si c&rsquo;est lui qui a le contr\u00f4le, tu subis. Tout le jeu consiste \u00e0 gagner et reprendre ce contr\u00f4le en permanence.<\/p>\n<h2>Les 6 grips du clinch<\/h2>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a pas qu&rsquo;une seule fa\u00e7on de s&rsquo;accrocher. C&rsquo;est un \u00e9change constant. Plus tu drilles le pummeling, plus tu reprends l&rsquo;inside vite et sans paniquer.<\/p>\n<h2>Le cou, un muscle \u00e0 entra\u00eener<\/h2>\n<p>D\u00e9tail que beaucoup n\u00e9gligent : le clinch est \u00e9puisant pour le cou et les \u00e9paules. Les nak muay et les combattants de ONE Championship travaillent sp\u00e9cifiquement le renforcement du cou pour tenir la position de t\u00eate et r\u00e9sister au contr\u00f4le adverse sur la dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;un combat.
