Si tu n&rsquo;es pas \u00e0 port\u00e9e, aucun coup ne te touche. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;esquive reine contre les coups droits (jab, cross). Tu fl\u00e9chis surtout les genoux, avec un l\u00e9ger mouvement du buste, en gardant les yeux sur l&rsquo;adversaire. L&rsquo;\u00e9norme avantage : tu r\u00e9cup\u00e8res vite et tu peux contrer avant qu&rsquo;il ne se replace. On y consacre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/slip-boxe\/\">un article d\u00e9di\u00e9 au slip<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"bob-weave\">Le bob and weave : passer sous les crochets<\/h2>\n<p>Le bob and weave (ou rolling) d\u00e9place la t\u00eate sous et lat\u00e9ralement par rapport au coup, en un mouvement en \u00ab U \u00bb. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;esquive sp\u00e9cifique contre les <strong>crochets<\/strong> et les coups au corps : tu plies les genoux pour passer ta t\u00eate sous le coup, et tu remontes de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9. Erreur classique \u00e0 \u00e9viter : se plier au niveau du buste (\u00e7a baisse les yeux et t&rsquo;expose aux uppercuts). Id\u00e9ale contre le jab et les directs \u2014 un geste sec qui redirige et ouvre un contre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le blocage (block) \/ cover<\/strong> : tu encaisses volontairement sur tes gants et avant-bras. Catch du jab avec la main arri\u00e8re, blocage des crochets avec gants et coudes serr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On regroupe ces techniques actives dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/parade-blocage-boxe\/\">notre article sur la parade et le blocage<\/a>. C&rsquo;est la couche d\u00e9fensive la plus accessible aux d\u00e9butants, mais la moins \u00ab rentable \u00bb : tu prends quand m\u00eame de l&rsquo;impact. Pour le sparring, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/328-casques.html\">casque<\/a> et un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/327-proteges-dents.html\">prot\u00e8ge-dents<\/a> restent indispensables tant que ta d\u00e9fense n&rsquo;est pas au point.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"contre\">De la d\u00e9fense au contre<\/h2>\n<p>La d\u00e9fense n&rsquo;est pas une fin : c&rsquo;est le d\u00e9but de ton attaque. Un slip qui esquive le jab te place pour r\u00e9pondre cross. Un bob and weave sous un crochet te met en position pour remonter un uppercut.
