Plut\u00f4t que de bloquer ou reculer, tu d\u00e9places ta t\u00eate de quelques centim\u00e8tres pour que le coup passe \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u2014 et tu restes pile \u00e0 port\u00e9e pour contrer. C&rsquo;est une technique avanc\u00e9e, parce qu&rsquo;il faut sortir de la trajectoire tout en restant dans la zone de frappe. Cet article fait partie de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/defense-boxe-slip-parade-bob-weave\/\">guide de la d\u00e9fense en boxe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>C&rsquo;est quoi le slip ?<\/h2>\n<p>Slipper, c&rsquo;est bouger la t\u00eate lat\u00e9ralement pour que le coup de l&rsquo;adversaire \u00ab glisse \u00bb \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;esquive de pr\u00e9dilection contre les coups droits \u2014 le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/jab-boxe\/\">jab<\/a> et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/cross-direct-boxe\/\">cross<\/a>. Tu slippes vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur du coup : sur un jab adverse (sa main avant), tu d\u00e9places ta t\u00eate vers ta droite (orthodoxe contre orthodoxe).<\/p>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> slippe avec les genoux et une l\u00e9g\u00e8re rotation, pas en cassant le buste. Reste droit, fl\u00e9chis les jambes, tourne l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les \u00e9paules. Si tu te penches trop \u00e0 la taille, tu perds l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, tu baisses les yeux et tu t&rsquo;exposes \u00e0 l&rsquo;uppercut.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>La technique \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Garde les yeux sur la poitrine de l&rsquo;adversaire (vision p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique sur ses mains).<\/li>\n<li>Au d\u00e9part du coup, fl\u00e9chis les genoux et tourne l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le tronc pour sortir la t\u00eate de l&rsquo;axe.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9placement minimal : juste assez pour que le coup fr\u00f4le. Le classique : tu slippes le jab vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et tu r\u00e9ponds d&rsquo;un cross par-dessus son bras tendu. Ou tu slippes le cross et tu remontes un crochet au corps.
