Cet article fait partie de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/combinaisons-boxe\/\">guide des combinaisons en boxe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>C&rsquo;est quoi le 1-2 ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le 1-2, c&rsquo;est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/jab-boxe\/\">jab<\/a> (coup n\u00b01, main avant) suivi du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/cross-direct-boxe\/\">cross<\/a> (coup n\u00b02, main arri\u00e8re). C&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re combinaison qui associe deux coups diff\u00e9rents, et elle enseigne le principe fondamental : le jab ouvre, le cross frappe.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi \u00e7a marche si bien<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le jab mesure et distrait<\/strong> : il \u00e9tablit la distance, fait monter la garde adverse et masque l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du cross.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le cross s&rsquo;engouffre<\/strong> : pendant que l&rsquo;adversaire r\u00e9agit au jab, le coup de puissance arrive dans la ligne ouverte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9lan est naturel<\/strong> : le jab \u00e9tend ton c\u00f4t\u00e9 avant, ce qui arme automatiquement ta hanche arri\u00e8re pour le cross.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> le timing du 1-2, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;encha\u00eenement sans temps mort. Ton cross doit partir quand ta main de jab est \u00e0 mi-chemin de son retour. Le 1-2 t&rsquo;apprend ce m\u00e9canisme mieux que n&rsquo;importe quel coup isol\u00e9, parce que le jab te met d\u00e9j\u00e0 en mouvement.<\/p>\n<h2>Les erreurs \u00e0 \u00e9viter<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Oublier de revenir en garde<\/strong> : apr\u00e8s le cross, ta main avant et ton menton doivent \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9s \u2014 c&rsquo;est le moment o\u00f9 tu manges le crochet retour.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frapper le cross \u00ab au bras \u00bb<\/strong> : sans rotation de hanche, pas de puissance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marquer une pause entre les deux coups<\/strong> : le 1-2 est fluide, pas saccad\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trop te pencher en avant<\/strong> sur le cross : tu perds l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre et t&rsquo;exposes au contre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Le 1-2, point de d\u00e9part de tout<\/h2>\n<p>Une fois le 1-2 automatique, tu y ajoutes des coups : le 1-2-3 (+ crochet avant), le 1-2 au corps, les feintes.
