L&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante : savoir b\u00e2tir tes propres encha\u00eenements selon l&rsquo;adversaire et le moment, et les driller pour qu&rsquo;ils partent tout seuls. C&rsquo;est ce qui transforme un boxeur qui \u00ab conna\u00eet des combos \u00bb en un boxeur qui en place. Cet article fait partie de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/combinaisons-boxe\/\">guide des combinaisons en boxe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Les principes d&rsquo;une bonne combinaison<\/h2>\n<p>Une combinaison qui touche n&rsquo;est pas une rafale au hasard. Trois principes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le rythme<\/strong> : varie le tempo. Une combinaison toute en coups r\u00e9guliers se lit ; alterne rapide-lent pour casser la lecture adverse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La pression<\/strong> : chaque coup met l&rsquo;adversaire en r\u00e9action, ce qui ouvre le suivant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le setup<\/strong> : chaque coup pr\u00e9pare le prochain \u2014 tu ne \u00ab finis \u00bb jamais au premier, tu construis vers la cible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"key-point\">\n<p><strong>Point cl\u00e9 :<\/strong> le d\u00e9tail technique qui fait toute la diff\u00e9rence \u2014 ton deuxi\u00e8me coup doit \u00ab croiser \u00bb le premier quand ta main avant est \u00e0 mi-chemin de son retour. C&rsquo;est ce chevauchement qui donne la fluidit\u00e9. Si tu attends que chaque coup soit compl\u00e8tement rentr\u00e9, ta combinaison est saccad\u00e9e et lente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Le flow du poids du corps<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;aspect le plus critique d&rsquo;un encha\u00eenement : le d\u00e9placement du poids. Tes pieds doivent bouger avec tes poings pour rester \u00e0 port\u00e9e tandis que l&rsquo;adversaire bouge, et pour que chaque coup porte le poids de tout ton corps. La r\u00e9p\u00e9tition grave la m\u00e9moire musculaire \u2014 c&rsquo;est ce qui fait qu&rsquo;un combo \u00ab part tout seul \u00bb en sparring.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9langer les niveaux et les angles<\/h2>\n<p>Les combos avanc\u00e9s m\u00e9langent t\u00eate et corps (voir les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/body-shots-changement-niveau\/\">body shots et le changement de niveau<\/a>) et changent d&rsquo;angle entre les coups gr\u00e2ce au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grizzliz.com\/media\/news\/footwork-boxe\/\">jeu de jambes<\/a>. Tu touches, tu pivotes, tu touches d&rsquo;un nouvel angle \u2014 l&rsquo;adversaire ne te trouve plus.<\/p>\n<h2>Les erreurs \u00e0 \u00e9viter<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Combos trop longs<\/strong> : plus tu encha\u00eenes, plus tu t&rsquo;exposes. 2-4 coups bien plac\u00e9s valent mieux que 8 au hasard.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rester plant\u00e9<\/strong> : sans d\u00e9placement de poids, pas de puissance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oublier la d\u00e9fense apr\u00e8s le combo<\/strong> : reviens toujours en garde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Construire ses combos, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;aboutissement du jeu de combinaisons.
